Peer-To-Peer
LEARNING
PROGRAM
Unlock your team's potential
The Peer-to-Peer Learning Program is designed to help teams grow professionally by learning from one another.

Unlike traditional mentorship, participants take on dual roles as Knowledge Givers and Knowledge Explorers, engaging in learning across three cycles with different partners. This allows to build stronger connections, to exchange valuable knowledge, skills, and life-hacks.
